Sadly, my owner passed away, so I am now at the SPCA in Penticton waiting for another chance at having a family.
I am just a puppy, so I have a lot years left of love and loyalty!

I am a sweet boy, and even though I’m still a puppy I am pretty big – and I still have a lot of growing left to do! Sometimes I forget just how big I am when I get excited, and I tend to jump up on people. I am very excitable and I love to play! I am also a big foodie and will do anything for treats!
Even though I have all this energy, I am a sensitive soul. I will need a slow introduction to other dogs and new people too. I am sometimes unsure of new situations and I don’t enjoy loud noises.
Suitability
It is advised that any potential adopter researches Bloodhounds, as we are a breed with very particular needs. I will need to be walked on a leash, unless I’m in a secure area. Bloodhounds can’t be trusted off leash, because when we catch a scent we will follow it wherever it goes (sorry!).
As such, I will need an experience adult-only home that is willing to continue my training. My ideal home will also have a fenced yard to run around in.
